Upon initially booking an appointment at Bürgerbüro Hochzoll as a Non-EU Citizen, I was directed to Ausländerbehörde. Confident in my understanding, given my previous experience living in Munich, I scheduled an appointment at Bürgerbüro Stadtmitte. However, upon arrival, I was informed I was at the wrong location. Surprised, I explained that this suggestion came from Bürgerbüro Hochzoll. Nevertheless, I was directed to the correct entrance within the building. Upon reaching the correct entrance, I was informed that appointments for city registration could only be made via email to Ausländerbehörde, with no online booking available. I promptly sent a request for an appointment to aufenthalt@augsburg.de and, after two days, received a reply requesting the necessary documents. Following this, I submitted the required documents. After a wait of 16 days, I received an email informing me that my Registration Certificate would be arriving via post shortly. However, as I also needed to update the address on my bluecard, I sent another email requesting assistance. Fortunately, I was able to secure an appointment for this purpose.
